Publish, reply, and measure — from one place.

Did the retrofit need a full line stop, or were you able to stage it over shifts?

Sharing this with our engineering group. The changeover numbers match what we saw.

Three jobs, done properly

Everything a team actually does with a company Page, and nothing it doesn't.

Schedule and publish

Write once, queue it, and let it go out at the right hour. Text, images, documents and links, with a calendar the whole team can see and an approval step before anything is published.

Answer every comment

Comments on your Page's posts arrive in one inbox with who wrote them and where they work. Reply as the Page, mark threads handled, and stop discovering good questions three weeks late.

See what worked

Impressions, reactions, comments and shares per post, follower growth over time, and who your audience is — reported in plain numbers instead of screenshotted from the LinkedIn dashboard.

How it works

Four steps, and step one takes about a minute.

  1. Connect the Page

An administrator of the Page signs in with LinkedIn and approves access. Only Pages that person already administers can be connected.

  2. Plan the calendar

Draft posts, attach media, set the times. Anything can be held for approval before it goes near the Page.

  3. Reply as the Page

Comments land in the inbox as they arrive. Answer them as the Page and mark them done.

  4. Read the numbers

Post performance and follower growth in one view, ready for your own reporting.

How we handle LinkedIn data

We built this to LinkedIn's data rules rather than around them. Here is exactly what that means for you.

  • Only Pages you administerWe never see more than the person signing in already has. If you are not an admin of a Page, it cannot be connected.
  • We never ask for your passwordAccess happens through LinkedIn's own sign-in screen. We never see or store LinkedIn credentials.
  • Profile data is not stockpiledDetails of people who comment are fetched to display to you and are not retained beyond the periods LinkedIn permits.
  • Nothing is exported or resoldLinkedIn member data is shown inside this application only. It is never sold, transferred, or handed to a third party.
  • Never merged with other databasesWe do not combine LinkedIn data with CRM records, contact lists, or any other source to build profiles of people.
  • Disconnect ends itRevoke access from your settings or from LinkedIn directly. Associated data is deleted, and you can ask us to confirm it.

Questions

The ones we get asked before every rollout.

Do I need to be an admin of the Page?

Yes. LinkedIn only grants access to Pages where the person signing in holds an administrator role, and we cannot change that. If you need access to a Page you do not administer, an existing admin has to add you on LinkedIn first.

Can several people on my team use it?

Yes. One administrator connects the Page, and colleagues you invite can draft, schedule and reply within it. Page data is visible only to people associated with that Page.

Does it post to personal profiles too?

It can publish on behalf of an individual who signs in and gives permission — useful for a founder or spokesperson. It never posts as someone who has not personally authorised it.

Does it send connection requests or direct messages?

No. This is a Page publishing and engagement tool. It does not send invitations, does not send messages, and does not search for or collect profiles.

What happens if I disconnect?

Scheduled posts stop, the connection is revoked, and data associated with that Page is deleted from our systems. You can also revoke access from your LinkedIn settings at any time.
